To buy a link or place a bid, you must read and agree with the Terms of Use stated below:

Link Policy

• Websites containing any of the following content are not allowed:
  - Containing and/or related to warez, hacking or cracks
  - Containing adult oriented material or content
  - Websites not offering any real content (spam sites)
  - Promoting hate towards groups or individuals.
  
• Directory Bids reserves the right to modify and/or move a listing if it this is necessary. This includes modifications to the title and descriptions.
• Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
• Links must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
• Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Directory Bids
• Links are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
• Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Directory Bids

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bids are non-refundable.
• You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.

Misc. Policy

• Directory Bids will never sell, rent or share you contact information with third parties.
• Directory Bids reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use without a notice.
• Directory Bids assumes that anyone using this service has read and agrees to these Terms of Use.
